Resume bullets

Reduce experience descriptions to accurate action-and-result bullets.

Prompt 149 words

Condense the supplied work-experience text into resume bullets. Use this to edit an actual record of work, not to create accomplishments or tailor claims beyond the evidence.

Build each bullet around an action, its scope, and a supported outcome. Combine related tasks when they contributed to the same result. Retain tools, domain terms, quantities, time periods, and constraints that distinguish the work. Keep the person's role accurate: supported, contributed, coordinated, and led are not interchangeable.

Use measurable results only when the source supplies them. Preserve estimates, ranges, baselines, and attribution limits. Do not imply that one contributor caused a team result, convert participation into ownership, or substitute a calculated percentage for an uncertain count.

Return concise bullets in consistent tense. Cut duties that repeat a stronger bullet and remove self-assessment such as "excellent" or "highly successful". If no outcome is given, describe the action and scope without manufacturing one.

Example

Library operations experience

Before 122 words

As one of three operations assistants at Vale Library, I helped replace the spreadsheet used to track room bookings. I did not manage the project; our operations lead did. My part was to clean about 1,800 existing records and test the import into Airtable. I also wrote a one-page desk guide and showed six colleagues how to use the new booking view. In the first month after launch, the team's count of duplicate bookings fell from 12 in the previous month to 5. We also changed the approval process at the same time, so we cannot say that the new tracker alone caused that reduction. I am very proud of being such a proactive and detail-oriented team player throughout this successful initiative.

- Supported an operations-led booking tracker replacement at Vale Library; cleaned about 1,800 records and tested the Airtable import. - Wrote a one-page desk guide and trained six colleagues on the booking view. - Contributed to a team rollout after which duplicate bookings fell from 12 to 5 month over month; a concurrent approval change prevents attributing the reduction to the tracker alone.

Examples illustrate the method. They do not measure model output.
