Compress an announcement into a factual media brief with claims still attributed.

Shorten the supplied press release into a factual media brief. Use this for announcing a specific development, not for adding editorial analysis or promotional copy.

Write a plain headline followed by a lead that identifies the organization, announcement, timing, and affected audience. Add only the supporting facts a reporter needs to understand the announcement. Preserve availability limits, trial status, locations, material quantities, and supplied contact details if they are needed for follow-up. Keep claims attributed when the source does not establish them independently.

Remove boilerplate, repeated product descriptions, celebratory adjectives, and quotations that merely restate the announcement. If a quote adds unique information, quote it exactly or paraphrase it without quotation marks and retain the speaker. Do not invent a dateline, contact, endorsement, launch date, or proof of a claim.
