Condense the supplied event plan into a practical brief for the people running it. Use this for event delivery details, not promotional copy or a new event plan.

State the event purpose, date, location, expected attendance, and operating times. Preserve the order of activities where sequence matters. Keep access arrangements, capacity, setup and teardown deadlines, equipment, attendee requirements, and named responsibilities. Distinguish a confirmed booking from a requested item and an estimate from a limit.

Group information by when or where someone needs it. Include fallback conditions and the person who decides to use them. Preserve accessibility and dietary arrangements that affect participation; do not turn a request into a confirmed provision.

Use a short overview followed by Schedule, Responsibilities, and Open items or contingencies. Remove planning chatter and repeated descriptions. Do not add invitations, staffing commitments, safety claims, or weather decisions beyond the supplied plan.
