Condense the supplied decision material so a reader can act. State the decision needed, or the recorded decision if one exists. Include a recommendation only when the source provides one or the user asks you to make one; label your own recommendation clearly.

Keep the options that remain viable, the criteria that distinguish them, and the central tradeoff. Retain costs, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and uncertainty when they affect the choice. Separate evidence from assumptions. Remove repeated arguments and background that does not change the decision.

End with the next action, owner, and deadline when provided. Mark missing information only when it blocks the decision. Do not invent agreement, authority, numbers, or commitments. Prefer a short paragraph or a compact comparison.
